Brunello di Montalcino Tornesi is produced of 100% Sangiovese grown on a stony, marl soil, rich in pebbles, exposed to south west and south east. The preparation takes place under controlled temperatures, no higher than 86°F (30%C), with subsequent medium-long maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation is conducted immediately after draing of. The aging is for 30 months in 7-25HL Slavonian Oak barrels. Brunello di Montalcino Tornesi has an intense ruby red color with limpid garnet highlights. The aroma is austere and round with hints of the oak, well-integrated with an intense aromas. Brunello Tornesi has very tannic and structured flavors, soft and powerful with strong and decisive character.
