VINIFICATION
Temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration on the skins for 15-20 days for both
AGING
In second passage tonneaux of 500 liters minimum 6 months. After blending, the wine rests for at least a month in stainless steel to allow natural sedimentation.
In the glass it has a deep, dark ruby red color with purple hues. On the nose it has a fragrance of small red fruits, blackcurrants, black cherries and blueberries. In the mouth it is tannic, velvety, with excellent structure and equally excellent persistence, the flavors are of ripe fruit and spices enriched by balsamic notes of mint and thyme. The finish is long and soft, all to be enjoyed.
