Organoleptic characteristics: Straw – white in colour with light hucs and a slight greenish reflection. A front / Fizz copious and persistent with intense pearl – like bubbles. Ample perfume, delicate, intensely fragrant with hints of banana and exotic fruits characteristically clean with a delicately light perfume. The taste is dry and pleasant acidity with distinct vivacity persistently harmonious.
Alcohol: 12,5 % Vol.
Serving temperature: 6 – 8 ° C
Accompaniments: Splendid as an apertif   . Its uniqueness makes it a perfect accompaniment for all dishes, but obviously with white meats and fish.
